Care taker service: day and night. A care taker will be available 24/7 within the building. For the small repairs of little mishaps…

Laundromat: Several washing machines (with coins) are located in the building.
Kitchenette: They have been built into each apartment and belong just to you.

Fixed total rent*: Everything is included in the monthly rent: TV, heating and water – everything for a fixed price. Exclusive, but affordable service!!!
Parcel counter: We are collecting your parcels and shipments for you.
