Why – young living?
There is only a limited amount of small apartments for students and apprentices available in Halle. A concept of one-and two-room apartments that has been thought trough is met by a great need.

Why – this building?
The building is ideal for such a concept and centrally located with good connections to public transportation. Since 1973, it has been used as dormitory of the Martin-Luther-University.

Why - so affordable?
Many things are made more complicated than they really are. Simple is clearly arranged and affordable is more sympathetic. One monthly fixed rental payment (including free internet, cable-TV, kitchenette) - is there more you can wish for? This creates trust and meets the interests of our tenants long-term.
